Thank you for visiting and shopping at castirondepot.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All shipping charges are included in the cost of our products.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Castirondepot.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Castirondepot.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Castirondepot.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
We value your satisfaction. If within 7 days of receiving your item(s) you decide you do not want your item(s) for any reason, give our customer service department a call and we may refund you your money based on our return policy agreement.
The following is our Return Policy Agreement:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days in a new and re-sellable condition.
- This return policy does not apply to items that have had alterations or signs of abuse or negligence.
- All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return item(s) that has any sustained damages.
- 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- If you have received your item(s) for more than 7 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement.
- In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain our prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes the outbound and return shipping costs. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
- Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.
- Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However, you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
